Aditya L-1 mission : After getting the success of Mars mission, now India is ready to take a new flight in space. This new mission of India will search about the sun.(ISRO, Indian Space Research Organisation) is preparing to launch the Aditya-L1 mission by June 2023 or July. Under its mission, the Indian Space Agency will also reach near the Sun and its secrets will be known. This was announced by ISRO Chairman S. Somnath told in an event on Thursday that the Aditya-L1 mission will be launched by ISRO by June or July.
What is Aditya L-1 mission launched by ISRO? :-
This Aditya L-1 mission is designed by India completely focusing on the sun. Under this mission, ISRO is going to launch Aditya L-1 in Orbit L-1. Aditya-L1 is a spacecraft with seven payloads. It has primary payload Visible Emission Line Coronagraph.
Which has been designed and built by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore. For information, let us tell you that the payload in the satellite means the scientific instruments carried by the satellite, which will be used by ISRO in this Aditya-L1 mission.
How important is this Aditya L-1 mission? :-
Under this Aditya L-1 mission, humans will come to know about many such mysterious things of the sun.In fact, every planet including Earth and beyond the Solar System has exoplanets, and this evolution is controlled by its parent star. This is why solar weather and the atmosphere, which is determined by the processes taking place in and around the sun, affects the entire Solar System.
Even impacts on the Solar System can change the orbits of satellites. Understand it in such a way that due to these, electronic communication on the earth can also be disrupted. To deal with all these types of problems, it is very important to study the sun in time.
What is the first Lagrangian point in the middle of the earth? :-
On drawing a straight line from the center of the Sun to the center of the Earth, the point where the gravitational forces of the Sun and the Earth are equal is called the Lagrangian point. At the Lagrangian point, the gravitational force of the Sun and the Earth is equally applied and the effect of both becomes equal. In this situation, neither the Sun will be able to pull the object towards itself, nor the Earth will be able to pull it towards itself and the object will remain suspended.

If understood in simple language, this is the same orbital which is the first Lagrangian point between the Sun and the Earth. A Lagrangian point is a position in space that intercepts objects sent by the Earth. At this point, the pull of gravity and the speed of the orbit are balanced.
If this mission is successful then not only for India but the whole world will get to know a lot of information and secrets about the Sun.Lagrangian points are denoted by L-1, L-2, L-3, L-4 and L-5. ISRO wants to place Aditya-L1 around L-1 Lagrange point 800Km above the earth.
Why is this mission in discussion? :-
Recently, a group of scientific researchers led by Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES) has observed emanating from the inner parts of the Sun, Developed an algorithm to track very fast Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs).This achievement of Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences is very useful for this ‘Aditya L1 Mission’ of India.

Some important things about Aditya L-1 mission : –
• The Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES) has observed very fast emanating from the inner parts of the Sun. The algorithm for tracking Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) has been developed in collaboration with scientists from the Royal Observatory of Belgium.
• This achievement of Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES) has been published in the journal Solar Physics.
• The data received by this upcoming ‘Aditya L1 Mission’ of India can be analyzed through this algorithm. So that more and more information can be obtained about the Sun.
• The observatory will be set up at the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences to analyze the data received from the ‘Aditya L1 Mission’.
• Aditya-L1 aims to study the Sun from the orbit of ‘Sun-Earth Lagrangian Point 1’ (L 1). This mission will closely observe the Sun.
• Aditya L-1 has been made by studying the solar corona. The outer layers of the Sun, which are thousands of kilometers above the disk (photosphere). extends to, This is called the aura. Its temperature is more than million degree Kelvin.Solar physics has not yet answered the question why the temperature of the corona is so high.
• The satellite will also study the effects of solar flares on Earth’s weather and disruptions in electronic communications.
• Aditya L-1 is classified as a 400 kg-class satellite by ISRO. Which will be launched from Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-XL (PSLV-XL).Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the Aditya L-1 mission will not be launched in the year 2022, but it will be launched in the month of June or July of 2023.And will study about its atmosphere and magnetic field.
• Aditya-L1 will be the country’s first solar chronograph satellite. This satellite will greatly help in understanding the physical processes associated with the extreme heating of the solar corona, the speed of the solar wind and coronal mass injections (CMEs).
